Forum subscription disabled

Hi Moderators

All the topics of my forum subscriptions are now disabled. I don't know what has happened. Now I am unable to switch to 'enable'. Could you please help me rectify the problem? Or has my computer gone haywire? Please check and let me know.

I think one of the moderators has inform an administrator to rectify the problem. I can now enable the forum subscriptions.
