Hi,
For me that sounds perfectly normal. Or
To me that sounds perfectly normal.

Do they have the same meaning?

Book a flight to the USA for the 28 of April. Or
Book a flight to the USA on the 28th of April.

Which is correct, if Im trying to leave on the 28th?

To me it sounds perfectly normal. Book a flight on could be taken as as wait until the 28th then book the flight. Book a flight to the USA to depart on the 28th.
