Its more than a fortnight now that we have spoke./ 15days have passed that we have spoken to each other.

Its more than 15days now that we have spoken.

No. I'd use It's been more than a fortnight since we last spoke. "Fortnight" is common in BrE but I don't think it's widely used/understood in AmE so "two weeks" might be better if you intend to say that to an American speaker.

It's been more than a fortnight since we last spoke.
