Formulating question better?

Can you rewrite the question in a nicer manner?

I cried when people spoke at the wedding.

1You cried when who spoke at the wedding?

2Every how many minutes does the bus come?

These are both understandable sentences. The first could be worded differently if you wished. But not necessarily improved. I would, however, reword the second sentence.

Whose speech at the wedding made you cry?

2Every how many minutes does the bus come?
How often does the bus come by?
Or:
How
