Forms of infinitives

Hi,

I am trying to find out the form of the infinitives used (if any) in the following sentences. I keep changing my answers for some of the sentences so was hoping that someone would be able to put my mind at rest! My options are 'no infinitive' , 'bare infinitive' and 'to-infinitive'. Thanks in advance.

Katie

1. I went to Japan for almost four years. no infinitive
2. I go to eat at a sushi restaurant every time I go to Japan. to-infinitive
3. I prefer to get to work early rather than late. to-infinitive
4. I like doing something different every year. no infinitive
5. What Mark did was give all his money away. bare infinitive
6. What do you want to do when you graduate? to-infinitive
7. Could you help me load the car please? bare infinitive
8. It's best for us all to be ready for 5.00 p.m. to-infinitive
9. I want some exercise next week. no infinitive
10. To boldly go where no man has gone before. no infinitive
