Forming this sentence: Promotional Campaign

Promotional Campaign: If retailers buy x amount of this type of product, they go into the draw to win a trip to Las vegas.

A friend asked me to help him write about this campain, but now I need help. If I were to explain the details of this campain above, how would I write this?

a. The campaign is that retailers buy x amount...

b. The campaign includes reatilers buying x amount...

c. The campaign comprises retailers buying x amount...

d. The campaign focuses on retailers buying x amount...

e. The conditions of the campaign are that if retailers buy x amount...

f. The idea of the campaign is that if retailers buy x amount...

I don't really like any of the above versions. But can you explain why a is ungrammatical or how it is grammatical (it sounds wrong to me)...

Thanks

I'd accept this as a form of trade jargon (sales/advertising/merchandising). It would be suitable for communications among/between insiders.
The plan is that retailers buy X. . . .

The campaign is redefined as the elements it comprises, intellectual and otherwise.
