"formally antagonistic" yet having the same meaning

Hi,

Sorry for the possibly confusing subject name ... Let me explain what I am actually asking about.

I remember reading a post (on this forum, a few years ago) with a link to a very interesting ( and pretty long) list of word combinations that, on one hand, are "logically antonymous" yet, on the other hand, have the same or very close meaning (e.g., FAT CHANCE / SLIM CHANCE).

I was wondering if somebody could help me find the desired information? (Again, I must apologize if my "request" still sounds puzzling to you...)

Do you mean this kind of thing?

eg good luck / bad luck

eg high esteem / low esteem

I'm also having trouble. I've been searching off and on for you since the day of your post, and I can't find anything. I would love to know though!!

- My guess is phrases, such as friendly fire, or half full/half empty, etc. ?
