Formal letter to university asking for information

I would really appreciate if someone can help with this letter:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to request information about the department where I should mail my TOEFL score reports. I am applying to your Master in -----, which belongs to the Faculty of Arts. I have already registered for a TOEFL IBT test and I have solicited to send the score reports to the following address:

What I would like to know is which of the following departments I must choose being that neither of these given options corresponds to the Faculty of Arts.

Humanities
Social Sciences
Biological Sciences
Physical Sciences
Any department not listened
