Formal letter to get rights

Hi, this is letter I wrote but I am quite sure that there are big mistakes on it

(even this sentence I've just said is not ok, isn't?)

My name is Thiago Antunes, I am a Brazilian theater director. I am

writing to you because I am submitting a project to a theater

festival called Festival Cultura Inglesa (FCI, British Culture Festival), which

includes four plays by Samuel Beckett. 
I would like to know if is possible to get a letter form the rights' owners

to allow the project, in the case of its approval by FCI, and how

much do the rights from the following plays Breath, Play,

Catasthrophe and "What Where" cost.

to allow performance rights in the case of its approval by FCI, and the calculation
