Formal letter to ask questions to a university

hi, i'm writting this letter to a university which i intend to apply. this is my first time writting those kond of formal letter. is there someone who can help me correct any mistakes in this letter ? many thanks for helping me. here's my draft :

i dont mean to be so proud or arrogant by explaining some of my achievement in this letter. i only want to show them that i'm good enough to attend to their university. is it okay ?

Dear Sir or Madam

I am a high school graduate who have a very high motivation to continue my education in [XXX] University medical school. I was graduated from one of the most competitive high school in [Name of a country] and i was one of the most outstanding student in the high school. I am very interested to work (or should i write ‘to build my career’ instead ?) in medical research field. Therefore i intend to continue my study in [XXX] University medical school. Currently i have received an invitation letter from [YYY] University medical school to continue my education in undergraduate degree there. But i still hope that i could continue my study in [XXX] University medical school. I am writting you to ask a few question.

1. Do I have a chance (now or in the future) to continue my education in [XXX] University medical school ? what step i should go through to continue my education in [XXX] University medical school.
2. Suppose that i continue my undergraduate study in medical school in [name of a country], do i have a chance to attend a residency training programme in [XXX] University medical school or attend a master degree programme in [XXX] University medical school ? would you mind explaining the admission and selection process ?
3. Do I have a chance to be accepted in [XXX] University medical school while i cannot communicate in [Language] ? is it possible to learn [Language] after being accepted in [XXX] University ? currently I cannot communicate in [Language] yet. But i dont mind (or should i write ‘I have no objection’?) to spend 1 year to learn [Language].
