Formal letter to ask for a meeting
Hi I need to send a formal letter to my lecturer to ask for an appointment. Can someone help me, I try to write it but i think it can be re phrase! My english is not so good.
I am sending this email on behalf of me and my project partner.
Dear Sir,
We would like to have an appointment on Monday for a full demo of the software. We want to do the demo in lab if that would not be a problem for you.Grateful if you could let us know the time. Futhermore we want you to have a glimpse at our report and let us know if it needs any amendment.
