Formal letter greetings

If I wish to send a letter to 2 specific men, whose names I know, how to I write the greeting? I feel "Dear Sirs" is too informal, since I do know their names. However, I do not know which is more correct, "Dear Mr. One and Mr. Two", or "Dear Mr.s One and Two".
