Formal letter

Dear Sir or Madam, I am a student of CVUT and I am writing to ask if it is possible to extend the stay of Masaryk dorms. My current dormitory can live until June 26, 2020. I know that it is now possible to reserve a new room, from September 7, 2020 to September 6, 2021.I would like to make a new booking for my current room.It is still in the pandemic period, and it will be very troublesome to move out the dormitory.I was wondering if I pay a sum of money, from June 26 to September 7, do I need to move things out of the dorm?
