Formal Letter
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am working in a company as a tender coordinator for past 10 years, we were 4 staff including our supervisor in our department was work nicely. Last year one more staff appointed in our department, he has family relations with our supervisor. So our supervisor favor to him and not proper distributing the works in all staffs. Most of the times he has given us more & more work but in the mean time his relative was just sitting free.
Please under stand my situation which i mentioned above and write a good letter, because i want to explain my conditions to my manager.
