Subject: Issues Arised in the School Magazine
Sir/madam,
I would like to acknowledge your support on considering my poem literary work for the upcoming school magazine. But I would also want to remind you that this work of mine is an original and I wouldn't want any editing on my poem or any poems in particular. Last time, two years ago, my poem that I gave for the magazine was edited and I was disheartened to see that it has been edited.
I kindly request to not edit nor omit any word from my poem and if you wish to do so, then I wouldn't want my work to be published. I hope you would consider this and publish my poem as I have given.
Regards,

It's fine. I heartily agree with you. An artist's work should not be changed.
