This letter is to confirm that Miss. Jenny is chosen as the Best Performing Employee 2010 on our 24th Anniversary Party. As an appreciation to her contribution to our company, we awarded her a week holiday tour trip to Los Angeles in August 2010. All the travelling expenses including airfare, accommodation and transport is fully sponsored by XYZ.
After the trip ends, she will return to Indonesia to continue her job in our financial department as stated in her work contract.
