Formal Letter

Hi, so I've problems making formal letter, this is a letter about a company that is giving a permission for employee to have vacation, and also explaining the employee will be back to work after the vacation trip



I, Hasan Tanudin, as the manager director of Success Private Education Training Center (SPETC) __________?( How is the best way to start the letter)


Name : Michael

Position : Accounting Staff

Is currently working on our company, due to her family trip to USA, he is permitted to take two weeks leave, after the vacation he will continue his job as what stated in the working contract. (is it okay for me to write like this? is it formal??)

(For the end, I would like to add something..)

Hi too,

anyway one of our staff is going to apply for US visa, so my boss asked me to make the letters for the US embassy.. The situation is, we need to tell the embassy that he is going to continue his work after back from the 14 days trip.

Hi Clive,

-I am shifted in new apartment and i want to inform about my new postal address to insurance company.
- Insurance company dispatched two letter first one on Feb 2010 and March 2010 in old postal address about new policy and second one for bonus buy still i did not get any letters.

Can I call our Education Center as 'department'?
