Formal gift tag

for business use I ordered some gifts and now I'm not sure if my text of the gift tag is OK for formal use.
I just wrote "With kind regards Mr. Fox". Is this OK?

Just add one comma. I assume that the gift is from Mr. Fox.

@AlpheccaStars - Thank you for your quick help. Only adding one comma, I'm glad I don't have to reprint the tags. Yesterday a found an old tag from my business partner who wrote: " With the Compliments of Mr Eagle". How about such a tag? Or do you have any other nice suggestions for formal gift tags? Maybe in future I will need some more examples.

Formal gift tags sometimes mention the occasion:

Happy Anniversary, Mr. Fox
With appreciation for your years of service, Mr. Fox.
In honor of your graduation, Mr. Fox
