Formal email to ask about housing
I'm going to leave the city for 2 months starting from July 10th. According to the contract, I will be here and charged until Sunday July 8th. However, my fight will be on July 10 morning. Thus, I'm asking if I can stay until July 9th, and check out my room some time in the evening, or as late as July 9th morning a few hours before I leave. Please let me know your preference.
