Formal email to an university. Check mistakes

It's formal email (querry) to university. Could anyone check it ? I'd be greatful.
It's here:

My name is Adam Smith. I am applying to the University of Brema on the following course: xxx. You have received my application on 23rd March but I have not received results so far. Could you tell (?) me when application will be considered ?

I would be glad if you could let me have information on this.

Of course, if you have not a vacancy for this course, please send me more details about other.

Hi,

In my experience, 'Yours faithfully' is rarely used these days. It looks quite old-fashioned to me, and totally inappropriate in a modern form of communication such as email.
