I am writing you to request more information about the documents I need to send.
I don`t understand what you mean by "a scanned transcript of your courses and marks" ? I am Bachelor , so do I have to transcript my diploma?

A transcript means a certified copy of the university's records. It gives details of your various courses and marks. This level of detail is not normally on a diploma.
