I receive your email last week telling us you could attend the meeting.
I am writing to inform you that your visit to Dammam city Has been organizd.
I have great pleasure in welcoming you to visit our company. Please find attached a detailed programme of your activities and details of your accommodation. But, if you have problem with open the attachment or doesn't work please tell us to act quickly .
You will staying for six days and you will staying at Rehab Hotel, as you see.
We have included a visit to national museum, zoological park , mount Gara and Aramco exhibit.
there will be also many opportunities to experience other attraction of our town.
Please feel free to suggest change if you want to do so.
I very much look forward to meeting you , and welcoming you to our town . I hope you will enjoy your visit.
