Formal Complaint against Supervisor Favouritism

Dear Sir/Madam,

I will appreciate for your kind review and correction.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Mr. Alli has been working as a Tender coordinator in this company last 12 years past. I would like to bring your kind notice regarding our Tender Department work process. In our Department working procedure has been not going fine & smooth. There is a miss management going-on in the department such as: Miss-arrangement’s in job allotment, Un-equality of Assignments of Jobs between the staffs, non-supportiveness & Non-cooperativeness between staffs.

“My co-workers are not pulling their weight on the job and I don’t think our supervisor notices. We are four of us working in same position & similar services but there is no fair distribution of works, there is an imbalance of workload between all staffs.

I have been forced by our supervisor to carried all these jobs alone, without any support of other coworkers. All the complete private sector jobs : Projects, Tenders, Quotations, Agreement, KS Orders) together with all Government off-line Tenders & Quotations.

I feel like I can turn to you as my superior in hopes that you may be able to come up with a resolution that I have not yet been able to find. I can only hope that you will take my request seriously to look into this matter and take any necessary action.

I trust that you will take this matter seriously and look into this matter promptly.

Your’s faithfully

Alli
