Formal asking

When one refers to a boss, and his name is Sergio Catalan. Is it correct to say

Mr. Sergio or Mr. Catalan?? I want to know how can I direct myself to my boss

formally and not call him by his name.

This depends on the customs of the culutre in which you live.



Where I live, we only use 'Mr' with a family name, eg Mr. Ca
