Your post sounds to me like you have a photo of a Picasso painting called "Title," or "The Title." I can't seem to confirm the existence of such a painting. - A.

TITLE means that I will put here the real title of the painting. The author (Picasso) is false.
Is the mail grammatically and stylistically correct?

It's not good style to repeat a phrase twice in a row, and you don't say what the mistake actually was.

Dear Mr. Smith,

As you know, we recently sent you the wrong photograph. We sincerely apologize for the error and any inconvenience it may have caused.

Please find attached the correct photograph.

DominikTITLE means that I will put here the real title of the painting.
Hi, My problem was with the article. I probably would have said, "photo of the Picasso painting, TITLE," but I was wondering if it should be "The Title."

Thak you very much for your replies.
I understand that it should be "correct photo" onstead of "right photo"
What is a difference between "mistake" and "error"?
0
Very little.
I chose to use "error." You can say "mistake."
It's a formal apology. Say "photograph" not "photo."

The suggested correction is good EXCEPT:
Delete "sincere" from "sincere apologies". Our apologies should be sincere and does not have to be stated explicitly so.
