Formal announcement

I am writing a formal announcement. Should I write

You are to be reminded that in the event of staff absence, your customer service may be disrupted. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Top answer

I would write: "I/We wish to remind you" instead of "You are to be reminded" and "Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience" at the end. Otherwise, OK.
