Form of Address
1. What is a form of address ? Is it just the title or the entire name ?
In the expression "Mr Prime Minister", is "Mr" the form of address or is the entire expression a form of address ?
2. Similarly if we address somebody as "Sir", does it mean that we used "Sir" as a prefix or a stand-alone word while talking to somebody ?
