"with her fingers" seems a bit misleading; actually it is her fingernails. I would probably say "She is making a heart shape with her fingernails", but it is hard to visualise what this means unless you know that she has grossly long and curved fingernails. If the reader can't see the photograph then I think you would have to explain that.
