Forgo the commas in these?

Do we need a comma before these sentence-ending words? They seem unnecessary - the commas, that is.

1. She's not going, either.
2. He said that he's going, too.
3. I dislike her, actually.
4. Will you answer me, please?
5. I don't think it's necessary, though.
6. I will go, then. (Meaning 'in that case'.)
7. Mike and Joe scored 10 and 18 points, respectively.

With 'too' as the second word, I think the commas could be safely omitted, agreed?

I, too, am a fan of Jeter / Jeter's.

4. Will you answer me, please? obligatory
5. I don't think it's necessary, though. optional
6. I will go, then. (Meaning 'in that case'.) undesirable
