1) I won't forget you no matter where I go.
2) I won't forget about you no matter where I go.

1) I want to forget all the troublesome routines and go somewhere.

They are all OK. 'About' is unnecessary in both cases, and I think that dropping 'about' is nicer when referring to a person.
