Đề: Foreign visitors should pay more than local visitors for cultural and historical attractions. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Some people think that cultural and historical attractions impose a higher fee for the foreign visitors than the local people. I disagree with this idea for a number of reasons, which will be outlined in this essay.

To begin with I believe that the charges which overseas travelers and local residents should be exactly the same. Many foreign tourists have a real interest and admiration for other cultures and they ready travel long distances to visit tourists attractions and they are worthy of being received equal price to local customers. ?This discrimination may lead to a misapprehension and they may think that they are being abused. Furthermore, tourists can become “tourism bridge”. They can recommend for their friends and family members to visit a country and some tourist attractions. If foreign get bad impression that they must pay a sum money for access to historical places than international tourists, they would fell disappointed and share dissatisfaction with others. As a result the amount of foreign tourists will decrease, and the income of tourism will also reduce.

Admittedly, the host country need budget to repair, maintain, or restore some historical places in order to attract more tourists. However, this can be solved by developing services surround attractions to increase income of their countries. Because tourist from overseas bring money and they can buy souvenirs, food, clothes, and so on. For instance, in some destinations in Viet Nam such as My Son Sanctuary, old pagodas, local people have to sell handmade crafts, cuisines, history books and foreign visitors often purchase to gift for their relatives.

To sum up, I strongly agree that the foreign tourists should pay the same. It is because it can be create justice and bring comfort to travelers.
