Foreign visitors should pay more than local visitors for cultural and historical attractions. To what extend do you agree or disagree

it is argued that the oversea travellers should be charged a higher fee than local residents to visit the tourist attraction places, including museums, prominent monuments and historical sites. I do not agree with this idea and believe that the charges for both oversea visitor and local visitor should be exactly the same.

Some local residents believe that they have already paid a patron of the ticket through the tax they paid for government. However, that is just a narrow view because the increase of oversea travellers is also the development of the country economy. If the foreign visitors feel unfair when they have to pay a higher fee to enter the culture places or historical sites, they will not want to visit that country again. In this situation, collecting some extra money from foreign visitors is not a great idea.

Furthermore, if the oversea tourists feel satisfied, they will encourage their friends, family to visit that country. More and more travellers come to the tourist attraction places, that means others service business can also be developed. For example, when tourists visit Phong Nha caves, they can also buy souvenirs, gifts or enjoy a meal in some restaurants nearby there. There are many shrine and monument which maintained by collecting money from visitors. If the number of visitors decreased, it would be hard to maintain those places.

In conclusion, in my opinion, oversea travellers and local visitors should pay the same ticket fee to visit the attraction places and historical sites.
