Foreign street names

Hi there,
I'm writing a novel set mostly in Paris and I've been wondering how should I write the names of the French streets. In example, should I keep the original "rue de Charleton" or out it as "de Charleton street"?

Thanks in advance.

I'd use the original. I'd also check to see if there were any streets in French towns bearing the name I had chosen. I note that there seems to be no 'rue de Charleton' in Paris.
