"Forcible Occupation"

Hello, I've been google-ing and searching all over the internet for the meaning of the phrase "Forcible Occupation" but I can't seem to find a proper answer. Please can anyone enlighten me about this one? Thank you so much in advance.

I suppose many would consider "occupation of a foreign country" to be always forcible, but there may be lesser degrees of "occupation," in which troops are stationed there with the permission of the duly constituted government. Of course, sometimes the "official" government is not exactly welcomed either. I'd say "forcible occupation" would be the direct result of an invasion by a foreign power.
