please correct this.
1.If you want to stay forborne from bad things ,you should ask God for help.
2. I have stayed/ have been stayed forborne from alcohol since last year OR I have forborne from alcohol since last year .

Nobody uses this past participle anymore, and it was probably never used as a predicate adjective.

1.If you want to abstain from bad habits, you should ask *** for help.
2. I have abstained from alcohol since last year OR I have eschewed alcohol since last year .
