I would like to express my gratitude for taking the time to consider my current request to rearrange my reporting schedule for me to attend weekend review classes. However due to time, travel and subject phasing, I find it challenging for me to cope up with some of my subjects within the given period. I wish to extend my review for another 3 months starting June to August 2016 and request a leave starting September up to the last date of board examination which was scheduled temporarily on the 1st week of October.
If you would like to discuss this further, I’m available to meet you at your most convenient place and time. Thank you very much for your patience regarding this matter, and I hope you will give me another chance on this request.
