To/for whom you are taking this shirt?
For whom this shirt/toys/etc.?

Hi Gary, You have forgotten the inverted word order for your questions. eg For whom you have have you bought this shirt? But much more common is eg Who have you bought this shirt for?

But much more common is

eg Who have you bought this shirt for?
