For whom are you writing this Personal Narrative?

Does this mean, whom do you want to read(audience) your Personal Narrative?

I doubt that it also means instead of whom you are writing this Personal Narrative.

I am quite confused!!


If the question- formation is not correct please suggest how it should be phrased.
