Is the underlined part okay in English?

Considering that you own the apartments for which the company provided utility services, as well as administered and maintained the residential house, the association has no doubts that yuo have used the aforementioned services provided by the company but have failed to pay to the full extent for the services provided.

I would whittle at the lines something like this:

Considering that the company has provided (the utility services) and maintained the house...
...the association believes/feels...
....you have not performed your duty/rendered your services to...
