FOR vs ON / FOR vs TO /ESPECIALLY WHEN vs SINCE

Could you tell me which you would say or how you would say these please?

- Its too hot out for/to wear long sweat pants.
- The situation must be hard on/for you.
- I miss him very much; especially since/when I haven't seen him in 5 months.
- As the years pass, the kids that we take care of will be so much younger than us that./the younger the kids will be.
