For to use/ For using

I'm interested to know whether "for to use" or "for to using" is more appropriate for this sentence:

Limestone have been quarried for (to use/using) as a building stone.

Also, is there any rule for that?

Other corrections:

Limestone has, not have.

Limestone has been quarried for use as a building material for hundreds of years.

Limestone is quarried for use as a building material.
