"For three years since I first entered this academy, I had been seeing the physio. "

Hi all

Could you please help me with this sentence? Is this sentence grammatical? I want to tell the readers that I started seeing the physio from day one. I also want to to them I saw the physio for three years.

For three years since I first entered this academy, I had been seeing the physio. When my condition finally improved, I found that I missed my weekly physio visits.

Thank you.

Best wishes
