Hello, huyenchen—and welcome to English Forums. I cannot think of a context in which 'at the first time' is possible.

Hi Micawber,

Thanks for your quick answer. Actually i think " at the first time " is impossible. It's possible to use " on the first time " and how different between " for the first time"

'On the first time' focuses on something that happened during that event: On the first time I went skiing, I fell down 3 times.
'For' the first time' focuses directly on the event: I went skiing for the first time last winter.
