Is that comma after "please" fine there? Keep in mind that he is not speaking of any specific matter. This is the expression of "for that matter" that I am using there, kind of like "as a matter of fact" or "in fact." Because it's the expression, I do indeed feel the pause there; that's why I put the comma.
