"I'm sorry I haven't written for so long." Is this sentence correct? or it should be "... for a long time"

Thank you very much for your reply. I'm not sure because "so long" means "goodbye" and I haven't found "for so long" in my dictionary. But if you translate this phrase from Polish to English "for so long" comes to my mind.

I'm sorry it's been so long since I have written.

I'm sorry it's been such a long time since I have written

I'm sorry I haven't written for so long.

I'm sorry I haven't written in (or for) such a long time.
