Is it correct to say “……………be used as replacement for single teeth,”

or should it be “……………be used as replacement for a single tooth,”

Don't forget about an article before "replacement" -->
"a replacement"

btw it seems to me "a single tooth" sounds more logical

Dominoes can be used as replacements for single teeth.
OR
A domino can be used as a replacement for a single tooth.
