Is it natural to say :
Could you send us your price and package for our reference?

Because the word, "package" is used many different ways, it might be better to say:
"Would you please send us your price and information package (or brochure) for our reference."
(If you ask with "could", it "looks" like a question; but you don't want them to respond with, "Yes, we could." So, it is better to include Would and please, but not the Question Mark at the end.)

What does "for our reference" add to the sentence? You could taje it out and it would be the same right? Is for our reference natural?

"for our reference" means, in this case, "for us to refer to" or "for us to read when we have a question.".
