The homework is hard for me to finish.

Can I say "The homework is hard to me to finish."?

Dry carbon dioxide is not corrosive to the pipeline.

Can I say "Dry carbon dioxide is not corrosive for the pipeline."?

It is an insteresting thing to me.

Can I say "It is an insteresting thing for me."?

I wonder that in which situation I have to use "for" and which I have use "to"?

There is a work to do. It is hard to do.

By the same token your homework is hard to finish.

Corrosive is an adjective.

For example, concentrated sulphuric acid is corrosive to metals.

So you could say carbon dioxide or whatever it is corrosive to something.

What is wrong with homework is hard to do?

Naturally, I would write the preposition 'for' here. I don't know what is wrong with the preposition 'to' in this context.

What's easy for you to do may be hard for me to do.

A: This homework sure is easy!

B: Easy for you, maybe! It's hard for me!

A: What? You find this homework hard to do?

B. Yes. This homework is very hard for me to do.
