For or of

For or of?

Which is correct?

Is the reste of the paragraph correct?

I think people smoking in a bar should be restricted to a certain area, for example a smoking room. It's believed that secondhand is as bad as firsthand smoke. As a matter of fact, some statistics have suggested that people exposed to secondhand smoke get lung cancer at a rate double that for/of smokers. People who don't smoke but work at a bar should have the right to protect their health.

Thanks
