Hi,

can I ask something about the OP's sentence?
Shouldn't it be [...], when we wanted to drink?

Thanks
H.

Yes, it should be 'wanted'.

Thank you Jim.

By the way, the capitalization of the first line was also something I had been meaning to ask. We don't capitalize it in my language - being separated from the greetings only by a comma, we consider it part of the same line. But I had already noticed some evidence to the contrary in English.
So I guess that was two answers in one. Yay!
